Hehe.. So after I met up you Titanis & Fox, I kept trading for abit... Anyways, I noticed at one station they had a great price on slaves... ' hey !' I think to myself, ' If they're this low, I bet I get a hell of a lot of money for them in Fed space !'
I suppose my line of thought was correct, never found out....
I hit Fed Space pretty easy, no real excitement there. No one was looking my way, no pesky Feds scanning me or anything.. ' Too easy ! ' I tell myself... ' Going to get rich ' I tell myself....
As I pull into a station, a bit too relaxed, it happens. Scanned...
'Crap..'
Bam ! 300K credit fine... Well there goes my profit margin... But then something really bad happened...
I don't know if the goods were marked after being scanned, or what the deal was. But there was no Black-Market listed under contacts anymore.. I goto another station, same thing.. Another station same thing.. After about 4 stations I start thinking im screwed...
Never did find anywhere to unload them. So I did what any CMDR with a sliding-scale moral system would do... Picked up a shepard/priest near Eravate and had him say a few words over their stasis-tubes. Then jettisoned them cargo..
Of course we had to air-lock the shepard so he wouldn't talk....
So I'm out the 1 point whatever million getting the slaves, 300K from the fine, and the Galactic-priesthood won't stop bugging me about what dock I dropped their clergy off at.....
I'm never smuggling slaves again....
